Example 01:
Dear Sir,
I would like to apply for the vacancy advertised in “The Daily Star” on 10 April ‘2022 for a “Department Secretary”
As you will see from my C.V I am currently working as an English Teacher in a High School as an Assistant Teacher (English). I have been working here for 5 years with credit. But now, for getting higher chance and building my proper career, I am willing to work in the mentioned post because it is one of the best university of Bangladesh and its inward environment is absolutely creative. Besides I am also a student now, if work here I may get a scope of higher education at my free time.
Learned person means learned nation. So I want to work with learned person. I hope I will be able to maintain the work of the post easily because I can speak and write fluently in English and Bangla and use both languages at my working field.
In fine, I would like to say that I would be grateful to the authority if they give me a scope to work in the mentioned post……………..

I would like to apply for one of the posts of the vacancy advertised in the daily star on 12 March for Immigration Program Assistants, Designated Immigration Programs Assistant Registry Supervisor, Registry Assistant.
As you will see from my C.V you will find my details information. Though I am at present working as an English Teacher in a Secondary School but I am earnestly interested to work like the posts advertised by your institution.
I can speak good English and Bengali and use both languages in the course of my work…………..
